Designed for persons, 62-years and up or adults in need of a barrier-free environment, who meet low to moderate income qualifications. Rent is calculated at 30% of their annual income after medical expenses. Information concerning income limits is available upon request.

Residents may purchase a meal ticket for a delicious noon meal prepared by an experienced chef.
