Fowler's team of licensed professionals has over 45 combined years of experience in helping individuals and families overcome barriers to lead healthy and productive lives.
Residential Treatment
Adolescents experiencing emotional, family or social problems benefit from an open therapeutic residential setting. Residents participate in individual, group and family therapy.
Outpatient Counseling
Adolescents experiencing emotional and behavioral problems learn positive coping skills while parents learn tools that will help their child to be successful.

Private pay and insurance is accepted.
The mission of Juliette Fowler Homes Inc. is to provide residential facilities, care, and support for the benefit of needy children, youth, and elderly persons who may seek its protection and aid, administering to their physical, moral, intellectual, and spiritual needs, without regard to the ability of such persons to pay.

Residential Treatment
The open, therapeutic residential setting serves adolescents experiencing emotional, family or social problems.
- 24-hour awake staff
(experienced and college degreed)
- Cottage life monitored with behavioral methods
(through a "level" system)
- Extensive psychotherapeutic interventions
(individual, group and family therapy)
- School is taught on campus
(by Dallas Independent School District teachers)
- On campus activities - use of gym, swimming pool, arts/crafts, gardening, etc.
- Off campus activities - movies, cultural events, field trips, volunteering, etc.

Group and Independent Living
This transitional program bridges the entry-level residential treatment program and adolescents returning into the community.
- Integration of behavioral and psychological changes and acquisition of independent living skills.
- Residents plan and prepare their own meals, maintain the cottage, attend school or vocational training, and can achieve the ability to work part-time.
